Young Entrepreneurs, Africa – YEA Initiative

Young Entrepreneurs Ghana - YEG is an initiative that focuses on young professionals who are dreaming to take their career to another level in life by achieving big successes in business. Our aim is to raise young C.E.Os and Business Owners, create decent jobs and contribute to alleviating poverty in Ghana and Africa at large. We started small in Ghana but we were able to scale our operations beyond the borders to other African countries. YEG/A don’t only groom potential entrepreneurs but also develop and market them in the global market. We expose our members to international investors who are looking for partners and business agents in respective locations around the globe.

Solutions We Offer

Our Young Entrepreneurs Ghana project is focused on training, coaching and mentoring prospective entrepreneurs and assisting them to raise funds to implement their ideas. We set platforms for young Ghanaians who are passionate to develop themselves to become CEOs and Business Owners. This organization seeks to equip and empower young people in Ghana, Africa and beyond. We intend to influence young people positively with basic tools for success, transforming followers into leaders who will transform the Social, Economic and Entrepreneurial environments.

Awareness Creation

We organize entrepreneurial crusades in High Schools and Vocational Institutions.

Idea Development

We assist young Startups to finetune their business ideas.

Coaching & Training

We organize career exhibitions and empowerment events for members.

Business Launching

We provide guidance for our beneficiaries to launch thriving businesses.
We successfully helped to scale up the operations of many businesses since 2017 in Liberia and Nigeria respectively.

Participating as an expert team, we have been able to train, coach and mentor prospective entrepreneurs and start-ups across many African countries including Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Botswana, Liberia, Uganda, etc. Before the year 2019, We have successfully trained, mentored and raised ten (10) new start-ups from scratch in seven (7) different African countries.

Our aim is:

  • To train and mentor prospective young entrepreneurs to start a thriving business. 
  • To assist our beneficiaries to register their businesses and obtain all necessary licenses/permits as well as those requiring medical examinations.
  • To profile entrepreneurs and their businesses thereby helping them to gain more visibility. Again, to use this project serves as an open platform for SMEs to meet up, interact and share ideas through our networking events.
  • To use our Facebook page to share more business ideas and other relevant information with our network of SMEs and Entrepreneurs.
