BUSINESS INCUBATION MANAGER – JOB
Youth Qlick International, Ghana
Youth Qlick International is a non-profit organization that is purposed to equip and empower young people especially in Africa for socio-economic development. Our main focus is to promote entrepreneurship among the youth, equip them with resources and guide them into self-employment. This organization seeks to enhance the skills, talents, and opportunities of the youth to interact more comfortably with their immediate environments in order to become proficient and well-rounded in ethics, leadership, entrepreneurship, and critical reasoning in this post-modern era. We assist disadvantaged and vulnerable skilled young men and women who wish to start their own business and earn a living from their skills but lack the capital to do so. We also provide continuous capacity-building training on small business management and offer tailor-made business advice to ensure that businesses set up by our beneficiaries survive.
We do this by organizing youth empowerment programs such as summer camps/schools and are now scaling up our approach by launching a 6-month long incubator program. We are currently in search of a part-time employee who will serve as the Business Incubation Manager for our Incubator project. This project seeks to contribute to the creation of a robust circular economy in Ghana where all resources are effectively used to maximize impact.
